All MERS Skincare orders are carefully packed and prepared by hand. Orders are usually processed within 2–4 working days. During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details where applicable.

UK Delivery

We currently only ship within the UK. Delivery times may vary depending on the courier or postal service used. Please allow extra time during weekends, bank holidays and busy seasonal periods.

Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 working days

Free UK delivery on orders over £50.
